Toward the end of my talk on Saturday night at theMILL Fall Retreat I read a paragraph written by my eight year old son, Parker. He is in 2nd grade and learning how to put sentences together centered around a subject. Recently, at home he decided to practice his composition skills by writing about Jesus. Here is Parker's paragraph:
"Even though there are a lot of things I can tell you about Jesus I will tell you three things. First, love Jesus he will love you back. Second, worship him he will be pleased. Finally, don't worship any other God's. All in all, Jesus is the best person in my life."
In the Gospels (Matthew 18:2-6, 10; Luke 18:15-18), Jesus encourages his followers to have child-like faith. I think we have a lot to learn from the pure love and innocent trust of children. Thank you Parker!
VEry nice !

That is beautiful. I have a document that I keep my favourite quotes in, and that paragraph is now in it. Keep doing a great job of raising Godly men, Aaron.
